December 11 – The blade on the table
From December 8 to 24, 2025, we will take you where no one wants to look: behind closed doors, beyond forced smiles, into the beating heart of human relationships.
17 Days. 17 Stories. One common thread.
Forget the Christmas fables. We will tell you the reality: the tension that builds on Christmas Eve, the C-PTSD hidden behind a gift, the emotional dysregulation that turns a toast into a nightmare. But we will also tell you about hope.
Every day a story, every story a scientific truth. You will discover how the ASVS protocol, trauma measurement, and Biofeedback can rewrite an ending that seemed predetermined.
These are not just stories. They are mirrors for self-recognition and tools for salvation.
The appointment is December 8. Prepare to change your vision of Christmas.

Mario and Antonio
The company holiday dinner had started under the best auspices. The excellent vintage red wine, the laughter echoing in the room, the warmth of the lit fireplace creating an intimate atmosphere. Then, one unfortunate joke was enough. A phrase said lightly about a failed investment, a missed promotion.
Mario sees the gaze of his partner and friend, Antonio, suddenly change. It is a chilling metamorphosis: his eyes empty of humanity, becoming two dark slits, devoid of empathy. There are no guns in that room, no action movie pistols. There is only the bread knife, distractedly abandoned on the wooden cutting board in the center of the table.
Antonio grabs it. There is no planning, no strategic calculation. There is only the blind impulse of a mind that lacks the tools to manage frustration and shame, an emotional dysregulation that turns an innocuous object into a lethal weapon. In an instant, familiarity turns into horror, demonstrating how impulsivity is the true silent killer in relationships among acquaintances.
PREVENT THE EXPLOSION.
The ASVS protocol evaluates the risk of acting out and the capacity for self-control.
