December 12th – The Silence of the Sixth Floor
From December 8th to 24th, 2025, we will take you where no one wants to look: behind closed doors, beyond the polite smiles, into the beating heart of human relationships.
17 Days. 17 Stories. A single common thread.
Forget Christmas fairy tales. We will tell you the reality: the tension building up to Christmas Eve, the C-PTSD hiding behind a gift, the emotional dysregulation that turns a toast into a nightmare. But we will also tell you about hope.
Every day a story, every story a scientific truth. You will discover how the ASVS protocol, trauma measurement, and Biofeedback can rewrite an ending that seemed already written.
These are not just stories. They are mirrors in which to recognize yourself and tools to save yourself.
The date is set for December 8th. Prepare to change your view of Christmas.
AIPC & CIPR On the side of science, on the side of people.
Roberto
Turin, residential district. Roberto lives on the sixth floor of an elegant building, where isolation is the unwritten rule and privacy is a cult. No one knows who lives next door; people barely greet each other in the elevator. Roberto is a mild-mannered man, he lives alone, but for weeks the neighbor across the hall has started persecuting him over absurd, nonexistent condominium issues.
"He’s stressed about work, it will pass with the holidays," Roberto repeats to himself as he decorates the tree alone, trying to rationalize. But anxiety devours his stomach, preventing him from eating. He doesn't know that the solitude of the big Northern cities is the perfect echo chamber for violence. He doesn't know that behind that closed door, just two meters away, the neighbor's mind is constructing a paranoid narrative in which Roberto is the enemy, the cause of all his woes.
In this silence muffled by thick carpets and double-pane windows, the cry for help dies in his throat, and the dysregulation grows undisturbed, protected by general indifference, ready to break down that door.
BREAK THE ISOLATION.
Don't stay alone with your fear. Risk assessment can save you. The CIPR is here to listen.
