December 13th – Two roads in the woods
From December 8th to 24th, 2025, we will take you where no one wants to look: behind closed doors, beyond forced smiles, into the beating heart of human relationships.
17 Days. 17 Stories. One common thread.
Forget Christmas fairytales. We will tell you the reality: the tension rising on Christmas Eve, the C-PTSD hiding behind a gift, the emotional dysregulation that turns a toast into a nightmare. But we will also tell you about hope.
Every day a story, every story a scientific truth. You will discover how the ASVS protocol, trauma measurement, and Biofeedback can rewrite an ending that seemed already written.
These aren't just stories. They are mirrors to recognize yourself in and tools to save yourself.
The date is set for December 8th. Get ready to change your vision of Christmas.

Marco and Giulio
Marco and Giulio. Two brothers, same blood, same dark eyes, same past made of abuse suffered at the hands of a tyrannical and alcoholic father. They meet again today, St. Lucy’s Day, in the old family home.
Marco has serene eyes, a relaxed posture; he has studied, traveled, and given a name to his pain through years of working on himself. Giulio, on the other hand, is a raw nerve: fists always clenched in his pockets, voice rising over nothing, aggressive with waiters, harsh with his children.
The difference between them isn't destiny or genetics, it is awareness. Marco used education and therapy as a shield and compass to get out of the labyrinth; Giulio remained a prisoner of the compulsion to repeat, condemned to replicate the violence he suffered without even realizing it. For Giulio, Christmas is just another trigger for his explosive anger, a threat. Marco, instead, learned to defuse the bomb he carried in his chest, transforming the lead of trauma into the gold of resilience.
