December 15 – The blood and the land
THIS DECEMBER, LOOK BEYOND THE LIGHTS.
From December 8 to 24, 2025, we will take you where no one wants to look: behind closed doors, past polite smiles, into the pulsing heart of human relationships.
17 Days. 17 Stories. One common thread.
Forget the Christmas fairy tales. We will tell you the reality: the tension that escalates on Christmas Eve, the C-PTSD hidden behind a gift, the emotional dysregulation that turns a toast into a nightmare. But we will also tell you about hope. Every day a story, every story a scientific truth. You will discover how the ASVS protocol, trauma measurement, and Biofeedback can rewrite an ending that seemed already set in stone. These are not just stories. They are mirrors for self-recognition and tools for self-salvation. The appointment is on December 8. Prepare to change your view of Christmas.

Salvatore
In the deep South, Christmas is a clan affair, a matter of honor. Huge tables laden with festive food, uncles, cousins, relatives up to the third degree filling the rooms with voices and laughter. Salvatore knows he must go, that he cannot evade the sacred family ritual. But he also knows that, right across from him, will sit Peppe, the cousin with whom he has a decades-old grudge over a property boundary moved by half a meter. The air in the room, warmed by the fireplace and the wine, is electric, saturated with tension. Everyone knows about the hatred flowing between them, but everyone keeps silent for the sacred "quiet life." But the quiet life is a pressure cooker ready to hiss. In these tribal dynamics, dysregulation is never just individual—it is collective, systemic. All it takes is one drink too many, a sour look interpreted as a challenge, and the feud springs back to life, turning the celebration into a Greek tragedy where destiny seems already written by the blood of the fathers and the inability to manage conflict.
DISARM THE CONFLICT.
