The 2025 Wrapped data (articles and Spotify) confirms an undeniable reality: our community is constantly growing and seeking deeper scientific answers. In 2026, we celebrate a historic milestone: 25 years since the founding of AIPC.

To honor this quarter-century of clinical and social commitment, we have transformed data into action. From February to December, every month will be marked by an event dedicated to clinical practice, research, or training, available both in person and online.

Our roots: AIPC, CIPR, and ONOF

AIPC (Italian Association of Psychology and Criminology) was founded in 2001 from the vision of its founders, Massimo Lattanzi and Tiziana Calzone, with the goal of integrating psychology and criminology into a cutting-edge multidisciplinary approach. Together with CIPR (Italian Center for Relational Psychotraumatology) and ONOF (National Observatory on Domestic Homicide), the association represents a national excellence built on three pillars:

  1. 14 years of scientific research (ASVS Protocol): Since 2012, we have collected rigorous data through the ASVS Protocol (A.I.P.C. Scientific Violence Screening). This tool, likely unique on the international stage, allows for a specific risk assessment within a population (over 200 people to date) who have experienced, perpetrated, or witnessed violent conduct. The data confirms the strong correlation between C-PTSD (Complex Trauma) and the dynamics of violence, allowing us to act with surgical precision.
  2. Educational legacy: For over 20 years, we have provided high-level supervision for undergraduate and graduate Psychology students, passing on the skills necessary to decode the deepest traumatic dynamics.
  3. Institutional support: We are proud of our "Codice Rosso" (Red Code) refresher courses for Police headquarters (Questure) personnel, providing essential operational tools for managing violence and protecting victims.

The february 13th summit: the horizon of C-PTSD

The celebratory journey officially begins on February 13, 2026, with an international Summit dedicated to Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD).

We are honored to host one of the world's leading experts in the field to explore new frontiers in treatment. The focus will be on chronic emotional dysregulation, typical of histories of repeated trauma. We will present the integration of innovative approaches for self-regulation:

  • Biofeedback: For real-time physiological monitoring and stabilization.
  • Pet Therapy: A powerful resource for acting on traumatic circuits where words cannot reach, favoring the recovery of psychic integrity.

This event will serve as a catalyst to amplify all our activities: from research on femminicidio (femicide) prevention to support for alleged victims and alleged perpetrators. The goal is a cultural revolution: breaking the chain of trauma through awareness and education.

The Value of Your Support: Donations and Tax Benefits

Donations are the heartbeat that allows AIPC to offer specialized support and continue research based on ASVS data. Supporting a Third Sector Entity (ETS) is an investment in social health that also benefits you:

  • For Individuals: A 30% IRPEF tax credit or deductibility from total net income within the 10% limit.
  • For Corporations: Deductibility up to 10% of business income, significantly reducing taxable income and strengthening Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
