The Doctor observes Elena from across the desk. She is an impeccable, elegant, composed woman who smiles politely, saying: "Everything is fine, Doctor, I'm just a little tired from the preparations, you know how it is."
Then the Doctor looks down at the printed sheet before her: it is the results of the clinical test just administered. The lines on the graph are soaring peaks and deep valleys that tell a completely different story, a story of devastation.
